Crown Luxury Transfers is proud to offer an elevated standard of luxury transportation throughout the Gold Coast, Brisbane, and surrounding areas. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are in place to protect both our clients and our business, ensuring a safe, professional, and seamless experience for all parties.
1. Our Service Commitment
Crown Luxury Transfers is a premium, non-rideshare chauffeur service. Each journey is conducted in a luxury vehicle by experienced, accredited, and professional chauffeurs who prioritise punctuality, safety, and comfort.
Every ride includes:

✅ In-car mobile charging facilities
✅ Sanitised, well-maintained luxury vehicles
✅ Discreet and personalised customer service
We cater to individual travellers, corporate clients, and VIP events, ensuring each transfer is handled with care and confidentiality.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Confirmation will be provided once your request is accepted.
To confirm your reservation, a full or partial upfront payment may be required.
We accept payment via:
– Credit/debit card
– Bank transfer
– Approved invoicing systems (subject to prior agreement)
All prices include GST and standard tolls unless stated otherwise.
Additional charges may apply for:
– Late changes to bookings
– Additional pick-up or drop-off points
– Extended waiting time beyond the grace period
All changes to bookings must be communicated directly to Crown Luxury Transfers. Drivers or third-party operators are not authorised to approve changes.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup: No charge
Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
Cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
4. Waiting Time & Delays
Standard bookings include a 15-minute complimentary grace period.
For airport transfers, we offer 30 minutes of complimentary waiting from the time your flight lands (based on official arrival data).
Additional waiting time will be charged in 15-minute blocks at our standard hourly rate.
We are not liable for delays caused by road incidents, traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
5. No-Show Policy (Charge and Go)
In the event of a passenger no-show (i.e., the client fails to arrive or make contact within the waiting period):
– The driver will wait for the standard grace period 15 minutes for general bookings.
– The driver will wait for 30 minutes for airport domestic arrivals, 45-60 minutes for airport international arrivals.
– If there is no communication from the client and the passenger does not appear within this time, the booking will be marked as a no-show.
– The full fare will be charged, and the driver may leave the location (‘charge and go’).
No refund will be applicable for no-show scenarios unless prior arrangements were confirmed in writing with Crown Luxury Transfers.
6. Flight Monitoring
We actively monitor your flight in real-time to ensure your chauffeur is ready and waiting.
Please ensure your flight number and airline details are accurate at the time of booking.
If your flight is significantly delayed, we will do our best to adjust the schedule, but availability is not guaranteed.
7. Passenger Code of Conduct
No smoking or vaping inside the vehicle.
No consumption of illegal substances.
No aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in charges for cleaning, repair, or downtime.
8. Luggage Allowance & Liability
Clients are responsible for ensuring that luggage and belongings fit the vehicle booked. If an alternative is required due to undisclosed additional luggage, Crown Luxury Transfers reserves the right to charge an additional fee accordingly.
Crown Luxury Transfers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in the vehicle, however, we will endeavour to return/arrange pickup of any items found in our vehicles.
9. Child Restraints & Safety
Children under 7 years of age must be secured in appropriate child restraints.
We can provide approved child seats upon request, subject to availability.
Please advise at the time of booking if child seats are required.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Crown Luxury Transfers reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
– A passenger appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
– A client or their guests exhibit unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour
– There is non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions
Such situations may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
11. Privacy & Confidentiality
We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and handle your data securely.
Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.
All chauffeur-client conversations and trip details are handled with strict confidentiality.
12. Liability & Force Majeure
We are not liable for:
– Missed flights, events, or appointments due to unexpected delays beyond our control
– Loss or damage of personal belongings
Our total liability is limited to the value of the fare paid for the affected service.
13. Third-Party Operators (Job Offloading)
We may assign or subcontract bookings to trusted third-party operators during high demand or other circumstances.
Assigned operators are expected to meet Crown Luxury Transfers’ service standards.
Clients will be notified in advance if a third-party operator is assigned (where practical).
All booking details and changes must be communicated directly to Crown Luxury Transfers.
Drivers and third-party operators are not authorised to approve any changes.
Crown Luxury Transfers does not operate as a partner or agent of third-party services unless explicitly stated.
We are not liable for service failures caused by third-party operators but Crown Luxury Transfers will assist in addressing issues if reported to us.
14. Modifications & Terms Updates
These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
Any updates will be posted on our official website.
Clients are advised to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
